Exchanges & Returns

These terms apply to online orders made through www.thecomfortclub.co.nz only - brands Home-lee, The Goodnight Society, Rose Road.

If you are not completely happy with your new purchase, please return within 14 days of the purchase date. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include postage costs).

We are also happy to exchange the item for a different size if this suits.

We do not offer refunds or returns on the following products: Accessories - Home-lee Handbags, Keyrings, Earrings. The Goodnight Society - Cosmetic Bags, Eye Masks. Rose Road - Bags. These items are deemed final.

Please note - if you are wanting to exchange for an item that is more expensive - then we cannot charge you the extra, as all payments are made on a secure server and we do not have access to your method of payment. In these cases we recommend returning your item for a refund, and buying the other item online as a new order. 

Each order made is limited to one exchange per order. If you are wanting to exchange your exchange. Please return for a refund, and re-order.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and not smelling strongly of perfume, or covered in hair/fluff.

They must be in a resaleable condition - and if they are not, we reserve the right to return to sender without entering into a conversation about this.

Your order will arrive with a returns/exchange card with it.

Please fill this card out IN FULL - including name, order number, what you are returning, and whether or not you are asking for a refund - or an exchange (include what you would like to exchange for)

Many items are returned to us with no information which means we have to put them in a pile and wait until the person follows up to see if we have received it back - as we don’t know who they belong to. These items pass through 3 separate units of the business in the returns process - so all information is needed to be included on the card for us at the beginning to process this quickly and easily.

Returns/exchanges without all details filled out cannot be processed.

If you did not receive a returns/exchange card with your order, then it is likely that you have ordered a sale item, and these are not able to be returned or exchanged.
If one was not provided by accident, please return your item with a note detailing your order number, name, what you are returning and if you would like a refund, or an exchange (then please detail what you are exchanging for)

All return shipping is at the expense of the customer - until the item is received by us at Home-lee, it is your responsibility - so we recommend using a tracked service.
We are receiving multiple emails per day from people asking if their returns have been received, we can no longer answer these as we have no way of tracking your untracked order, so please use a tracked service so you can see where your return is.

Items that don’t reach us are not our responsibility.

 Once your item has been processed you will receive either a refund notification (from Shopify or Laybuy depending on payment method).
Or an email detailing your exchange and tracking number (please check your junk mail). Returns are not processed daily, please allow up to 3 days for your return to be processed once it arrives back to us.

 

Faulty Items

If you receive an item with a fault straight out of the packet, please contact us hello@home-lee.co.nz with the nature of the fault and we will remedy this asap - please keep the tags attached to the garment.

If you have a fault that is caused by wear and tear please email hello@home-lee.co.nz for a returns form. You must provide a receipt for your proof of purchase. Items bought more than 30 days ago can not be returned.
We cannot consider returns that do not have a dated receipt from an approved retailer (items bought through trademe or on-sold, for example, do not count)

 

Sale Items

Items that are on sale are deemed final, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.  Please choose carefully.

If you return a sale item to us that is not faulty, we will return to sender.

Accessories

We do not offer refunds or returns on the following products: Accessories - Home-lee Handbags, Keyrings, Earrings. The Goodnight Society - Cosmetic Bags, Eye Masks. Rose Road - Bags. These items are deemed final.

International Orders

You are welcome to return your item for a refund as long as it follows with our terms and conditions above (return postage is at your expense). Sorry we do not offer exchanges on International orders.
